The HVN was founded by a team of three professionals who are experts in their fields: Muriel Zingraff, CEO, Jo Harris, COO, and Dr Tanja Philips, Medical Director; who have come together to realise their shared vision and passions for the wellness sector to create a unique and optimised wellbeing offering with the client at its heart. Together, the three founders bring 70 years of extensive experience – as a result, they share an openness to different expertise and opinions, which represents the cornerstone of The HVN philosophy.
Bringing brand creation, retail expertise from the beauty and wellness industry and international knowledge, Muriel Zingraff started her career at L’Oreal before eventually joining Harrods as Director where she managed the Beauty and Fashion divisions. She went on to become Retail Director of Heathrow Airport, increasing its sales to £2 Billion. Having worked in the luxury industry for over 37 years Muriel’s career has been powered by a natural aptitude to understand societal changes, in some cases anticipating them and translating them into business implications.
Jo Harris, COO, is one of the industry’s leading beauty professionals and contributes over 30 years’ experience to the team; her expert knowledge, leadership skills, dedication and passion for the industry have seen her play a pivotal role in championing the change to improve industry standards. Starting her Career at the prestigious Dorchester she’s worked for luxury brands across the country and internationally notably as GM heading up the 33,000as sq ft salon at Urban Retreat.
Dr Tanja Phillips, Medical Director, is known across the industry as a well-respected Aesthetic doctor and GP. It is her medical background, knowledge, ethics and expertise that provide the medical oversight and ethos for The HVN. Dr Tanja has achieved both national and international recognition for her expertise with Fotona lasers. She has lectured both in the UK, at the Royal Society of Medicine, and at international conferences on combined therapies and optimisation of treatments. Dr Tanja is passionate about knowledge sharing across specialisms to optimise health and wellbeing.
